Michael Mahoney has completed two major projects for us in Westport. Both involved the preparation of detailed plans, budgets and final contracts covering extensive repairs and renovations. His prices were competitive and, contrary to others who quoted, were supported by meticulous preparation and careful research of the specifics of each project.

Throughout the entire period, Michael’s performance has been thoroughly professional and the results of his work entirely to our satisfaction. His extremely detailed, well planned contract were followed carefully, so that work was completed on time and within budget. Renovations often involve unexpected
problems, but in our case he worked to identify and predict the impact of these issues; as a result we experienced minimal additional costs and completion was not delayed.
